Jr. Servicing Analyst to oversee the the file room of our banking client - 64955-1

Line of Business: Canadian Commercial Banking

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Working Location: on site in DT Toronto


Role Mandate: Candidate will be joining a team under Canadian Commercial Banking responsible for overseeing the file room, as well as processing various transactions related to Canadian Commercial Banking portfolios



Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience at an entry level position within major financial institution

• Experience with Microsoft Suite


Nice to have:

• Previous experience working with Iron Mountain


Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Organizing and maintaining the file room including monitoring ingoing and outgoing items, locating missing items

• Prepare and send documents to Iron Mountain Connect

• Submit requests to retrieve documents from Iron Mountain Connect

• Assist with day to day functions on the Servicing Desk

• Processing of fundings, transfers, repayments etc.

• Monitoring of Canadian Commercial Banking portfolios



Interviews:

• 1 -2 rounds with the Hiring Manager
