Description
Our client is seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst (2+) with strong excel skills to provide data validation, implementation coordination and end user support
This is hybrid in-office role (3 days per week) in Calgary.
Must have:
- 2+ year providing Application Support for a large customer base
- 2+ years of data analysis and validation using excel
- Coordinating hardware and software installations
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of real-time/GPS data
- Experience in the agriculture industry
What you will be doing:
- This is an interesting and diverse role that will give the opportunity to work for a large global organization
- Coordinate hardware audit list for installation of devices for client and tracking usage
- Verify and monitor data during installation and once in operation for accuracy and consistency
- Train and support users on application
- Data reconciliation, validation and consolidation
- So much more! This is an integral role to the success of this team
