Our client is seeking a Junior Customer Service Agent/Information Officer to direct support for information, problem resolution, and referrals to government departments and agencies over phone and email (554)

Please note this is an onsite role in Edmonton and may require flexible work hours (potential 24/7 shifts)


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years working in a customer service role
  • Experience using MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Additional experience:

  • 1+ years of experience with a combination of the following tools:
  • Experience creating and using advanced Excel tools such as Pivot table and VLOOKUP
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience using CXone
