Our client is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst (Access Management/Service Desk) to support user provisioning and service desk operations. (#SSO-AMS-IT)
Must Have
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, access management, or service desk roles (internships or academic projects acceptable).
- Basic understanding of access management principles and user role assignments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for IT-related issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, IDCS, ServiceNow, or UKG.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Fundamentals.
Description
The client is seeking three Entry-Level IT Support Analysts to support access management and general service desk functions. These individuals will play a vital role in maintaining secure, efficient user access across multiple enterprise applications. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip the selected candidates with the knowledge and skills required to carry out responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities
- Provision and de-provision user access in Oracle Fusion, IDCS, ServiceNow, and UKG applications.
- Manage user roles and permissions based on organizational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Document resolutions and troubleshooting steps for knowledge-sharing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve access management processes.
- Support service desk operations, including responding to user queries and escalating issues.
- Adhere to organizational security policies and access management procedures.
- Develop a working knowledge of relevant enterprise systems through training and practical application.
