Description
Our large Calgary agriculture client is hiring a Junior HR Customer Service Administrator to provide Tier 1 support for a variety of HR inquiries via phone and email (2555)
*Candidates must be local to Calgary and willing to work 5 days per week in the office*
Must Have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience managing a high volume of calls per day (25+ requests)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HR Administrative Support
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all North America and Canada employees and HR colleagues by ServiceNow cases or Phone Support (HR inquiries pertaining to HR Policies & Procedures, Pay, Benefits, Leaves and Retirement etc)
- Respond to an average of 25 inquiries per day, providing accurate and timely support within agreed SLA and KPIs
- Identify complex issues that require further investigation or specialist support and route them to the appropriate HRSC department.
- Provide support and educate employees on the use of systems such as Success Factors (myHR), Employee Self Service, Emp Center, EZ Labor, Workforce, or third-party resources including Equifax (i.e. navigation, functional assistance
- Maintain effective and accurate information received into the HRSC via case management/call tracking system
- Manage and maintain employee files, electronic and physical hard copy format
- Safeguard employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information
