Location Address: 40 King Street W 12th Floor - in office 2 times a week - Wednesdays and Thursdays

Story Behind the Need: The team is leading the deployment of a new adjudication tool for Latin America & Caribbean Wholesale Banking portfolios. Migration of the data to the new platform will require enrichments and data clean-up activities.


Business Group: GRM Strategic Initiatives


Project: As an Analyst, you will provide support to the Strategic Initiatives team by ensuring data integrity and data quality in collaboration with Banking and Credit officers. This is processed via the Bank’s business support tools (Credit360). You will support business banking portfolio data clean up to mitigate the impact of data migration from local accounts in International Banking to Credit360.


Responsibilities:

Support the data management and implementation of a new platform for Business Banking by performing the following:

1. Review and update credit data in the system of record to ensure alignment with the authorized business transactions.

2. Support data backfill exercises to capture new digitized capabilities.

3. Coordinate data repairs and complete required testing.

4. Respond to end user escalations and coordinate with Technology for investigations.

5. Prepare and execute Business Acceptance Testing for new features.

6. Additional ad hoc responsibilities/tasks as assigned by management.


Must haves:

1. Demonstrates understanding of the financial services industry

2. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications of standard software packages - Microsoft Office.

3. 100% bilingual - Spanish/English



Nice to have:

1. Experience in the Banking industry

2. Familiarity with financial/Banking concepts

• Good organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform multiple priorities while maintaining high quality work.

• Solid time management skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual Spanish preferred)
