Description
Our valued Public Sector client is in need of a Junior Top Secret cleared System Administrator to provide support for the upgrade and optimization of their enterprise level systems.
Background:
Our clients are responsible for the key operations of the departments. As a System Administrator you will assist in the day to day activities as well as participate in various projects dealing with performance and tuning, system maintenance, trouble shooting, installations & upgrades, cluster configuration & administration, monitoring and automation.
Tasks may include:
- Provide daily systems administration operational support functions, monitor systems, respond to client requests, troubleshoot and resolve systems issues.
- Install, configure and patch server software across a distributed platform environment
- Develop, implement and tune the distributed platform, including storage, based on client performance and operational requirements
- Monitor the cluster for resource and capacity availability, performance, resource utilization, alarms, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Must haves:
- Kubernetes Experience
- Top Secret clearance
Nice-to-Have:
- Elastic Search implementation Experience
