Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Coordinator to support IT infrastructure and technical requirements for multiple projects within the healthcare sector

Please note that this role will be on site in either Saskatoon or Regina.

Mandatory requirements:

• 5+ years of experiencer as a project coordinator, supporting IT infrastructure in renovation and construction projects
• Advanced communication skills, experienced in translating technical solutions into business focused language
• Previous experience supporting a healthcare client
• A bachelors degree in information technology, engineering, computer science or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Overall project coordination of IMIT scope;
• Facilitation and coordination of multiple stakeholders to meet a desired scope, budget and timeline;
• Project planning and management including scope and scheduling;
• Manage and track the procurements for IMIT equipment and services;
• IMIT budget management throughout project lifecycle;
• Project budget planning, tracking and forecasting;
• Project documentation control;
• Issue management, escalation and tracking;
• Decision making support and tracking;
• On site coordination and support;
• Meeting coordination, planning and documentation;
• Work closely with project/program management teams to successfully scope prospective projects; and Coordinate reviews, including end-user reviews and systems technical performance reviews, to confirm and validate requirements.
