S.i. Systems enterprise public health client is seeking a REMOTE Senior Marketing Lead to develop, execute marketing initiatives for public health portals
REMOTE - working PST hours
1 year contract + extensions
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
· (7) to ten (10) years of marketing experience, including leadership roles
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and communication plans in complex multi-stakeholder environments or IT implementation projects
· Working knowledge of BC’s healthcare systems, clinical services, information technology, and practice contexts
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
· Experience working within BC healthcare systems / Health Authorities
· Familiarity with eReferral systems
· Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems considered

PHSA is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead our engagement efforts through various communication channels. This role offers the potential to work across various delivery projects within our expanding portfolio, and an opportunity to work on innovative marketing strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including communication specialists, project managers, and stakeholders. The Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to drive awareness and engagement. With a focus on collaboration and impact, this position provides an exciting opportunity to enhance our outreach efforts and support the successful implementation of our campaign objectives. The successful candidate will work directly with various stakeholders, fostering relationships and ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
· Work collaboratively with members of DHI and PHSA Communication Teams to plan, develop, and execute strategic communication strategies and tactical plans to support product design, stakeholder engagement, and deployment of DHI products and services
· Provide oversight and guidance to a Marketing Specialist, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and campaign goals
· Coordinate the planning, production, presentation, and distribution of engaging communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and website content
· Liaise with internal teams and external partners to build awareness, alignment, and support for DHI products and services
· Manage project-related communication channels such as email, website, and collaboration tools to ensure timely and relevant information sharing
· Support the planning and facilitation of workshops, meetings, presentations, and community events as required
· Manage stakeholder feedback and ensure timely and appropriate responses
· Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to project communication and incorporate them into project activities and tactics as needed
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance engagement and drive awareness for the campaign Lead the development of engaging content for various formats (e.g., blogs, newsletters, social media posts, etc.) to promote campaign initiatives
· Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
· Foster and manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for marketing initiatives
· Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes for senior management
