Description
We are searching for a Scrum Master to join our fast growing team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the latest technologies and can lead the delivery of nimble and scalable applications. A successful candidate will deliver results within a fast-moving agile environment.
- 5+ years of scrum master experience
- Fluency in Mandarin required
- Project management experience a definite asset (5+ years)
- Certified as a Scrum Master with a leading Scrum body (e.g. Certified Scrum Master with Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master with Scrum.org).
- LeSS standards knowledge ideal (PI Planning, etc.)
- Exposure or experience in scaling Agile
- Experience in rail / transportation a definite asset
- Be a fast learner
- Comfortable managing stakeholders expectations
