Senior Azure Developer to support, maintain, and enhance their cloud and on-premise platform integration.

Our Client currently is managing their cloud environment, while reviewing systems that are involved with their new platform. Their looking for a Azure developer to help with the managing and supporting their integrated connection to the applications involved as well as reviewing their on-premise system for proper communication for their cloud platforms,

Remote/Hybrid options - 6 month Contract

Tasks, but not limited to:

• Create and manage data pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data movement.
• Develop and implement hybrid data solutions that effectively integrate cloud services systems with on-premises.
• Participate in designing solutions to fulfill functional and non-functional requirements effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in planning of integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units and IT peers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with cloud services, APIs, and application integrations.
• Write and maintain technical documentation related to cloud architecture, integration flows, and deployment processes.
• Ensure best practices in security and compliance are adhered to, including data governance and encryption standards.
• Optimize performance of Azure applications, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
• Participate in planning of integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units and IT peers.
• Work within an Agile environment with ADO to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Must have:

• 3+ years as an Azure developer or similar experience
• 2+ years working with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Web Apps,
• Agile Development and Methodology project delivery experience
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data services.

Nice to have:

• Azure Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Solutions Architect).
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning services on Azure.
