Description
The contract will be responsible for the following, but not limited to, tasks:
- ?Test planning and coordinating complex testing cycles;
- Development of test scenarios and test scripts;
- Monitor test plans for all levels of testing.
- Management of walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness;
- Establishing software testing procedures for unit test, integration testing and regression testing with emphasis on automating the testing proocedures;
- Analyze the requirements and provide feedback;
- Support the development of test plans;
- Execute automated and manual test scripts;
- Verify and validate test results to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards;
- Provide input to the test report;
- Status reporting; and
- Provide knowledge transfer services to RCMP team members.
- 7 years experience as a Tester
- 6 years experience working on enterprise scale projects
- 7 years experience planning, testing and documenting test results for software solutions
- 5 years experience testing and documenting results for maintenance and upgrades of enterprise scale applications
- 1 year experience in Public Safety within public sector
- 2 years experience working on enterprise scale projects in Public Safety within public sector
- 2 years experience planning, testing and documenting test results for software solutions in Public Safety within public sector
- 3 years experience testing a OpenText Content Server environment
