Description

• Project Scope: Annual talent review report enhancements , net new report requirements and calculated field updates .
• Working within the workday environment working in a large organization .
• Advance knowledge of Workday reports and dashboard development . Specifically HCM , performance and talent .
• Provide specialized end to end BI support, visualization / presentation, and analytics in Workdayfor a significant business/function and/or projects/initiative. May be considered a subject matter expert in WorkdayBI and Reporting. Accountable for the development, adoption and ongoing evolution of a best-in-class reporting and/or BI capability and may deliver on ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Must have :

• 8+ years experience with Workday and BI reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Workday report and dashboard development (including matrix reports and composite reports), calculated fields, condition rules, SQUs including Core HCM, Performance and Talent .

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of other SKUs such as Payroll, Compensation and Recruitment considered an asset.
