Our financial client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - UI Path to lead and support automation initiatives in a digital transformation project focused on enhancing operational efficiency through Robotic Process Automation (RPA).


Duration - Until Oct 2025 plus extension

Location: GTA, Hybrid model - Need to be in the DT office 2-3 days in a week



Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation; - UiPath. Certification in UiPath Automation BA would be preferred.
  • Experience connecting to databases to extract relevant information preferred.
  • Experience in project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, evaluation of available options and cost/benefit analysis, development of implementation strategies, testing and deployment.
  • Experience researching, preparing, analyzing and composing reports, flowcharts, internal controls, documentation, manuals, guidelines, financial data, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Experience developing information and conducting group presentations.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business units and the development team to define, document, and communicate requirements for automation processes using UI Path.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement automation solutions that optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Facilitate the gathering of requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct evaluations of available automation options, perform cost/benefit analyses, and develop implementation strategies.
  • Extract and analyze relevant data from databases, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Prepare, review, and present reports, flowcharts, and internal controls, and document processes for compliance and auditing.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to stakeholders and user groups, ensuring a smooth adoption of automated solutions.
