Our Valued public sector client is seeking the support of a Senior business analyst that specialized in Agile implementation and adoption.

Objective:

The objective is to enhance the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile practices within the department by supporting the transition and ensuring alignment with best practices. This also includes working with teams, leadership, and stakeholders to enable efficient delivery of value-driven projects, improve collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching, training and training material.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve workflow issues.
• Leverage Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Power Platform to enhance the work experience.
• Provide recommendations on best practices and innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain automated workflows to support various business functions.
• Assist in selecting and implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe based on team and project requirements.
• Provide guidance on backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document all development processes, workflows, and solutions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all Power Platform activities and projects.
• Deliver a final report summarizing the outcomes and recommendations for sustaining Agile practices and a way forward for full sustainable integration.
• Assess Agile Maturity: determine baseline and next steps to progress assessments of Agile adoption.

Must Have:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

3+ years experience in Agile coaching for Federal government departments

3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform using Agile methodologies to improve method of work, reporting, tracking etc

Must have an Agile Scrum Certificate

must have experience facilitating at least two Agile transformations for public sector clients
