Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to develop artifacts and support a centralized data repository and analysis system within the public sector.

Our client currently is currently working on one of the largest projects within their department focusing on their Internal information management system and strategic initiatives for natural resources. These systems include the development of several data management systems to effectively managing incoming data. This application has the ability to connect to their internal services and synchronize data by uploading newly entered data, download code, and the configuration of data for the Canadian government .

Task; but not limited to :

• Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives
• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems.
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
• Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
• Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
• Assist with all planning activities including creating work plans and organizing the work effort to maximize the outputs of the skill sets provided by other members.
• Prepare all relevant documentation.
• Assist with the collection and documentation of business requirements as required

Must Haves

• Reliability Clearance
• 8+ year as a Business Analyst
• Agile Experience

Nice To Have

• Data Management Project experience
• 2 + years working within an Azure DevOps Environment
