Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System

Our client is Canada's largest Retail Pharmacy. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System

Duration: 1 Year

Location: Montreal or Toronto (3 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis team, ensuring that all business and technical requirements for the Kroll system implementation are clearly defined and accurately documented.
• Lead the UAT process, working with internal teams to ensure Kroll’s integration is smooth and meets business requirements.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of training documentation, ensuring it is clear, actionable, and tailored to pharmacy staff needs.
• Guide the testing process, ensuring the Kroll system’s integration meets specifications. Provide support to teams during the testing phase to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and other business analysts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the Kroll implementation.
• Lead bilingual documentation efforts in French and English to ensure consistency and clarity in all communications.

Must Have Skills:

• 8+ Years of Business Analysis experience, , participating in UAT
• Experience developing Requirement and Training Documentation
• Experience in Pharmacy Management or Healthcare Industry
• Bilingual (French/English)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Management System
