Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring two Senior Business Analysts to map business processes to provisioning services on an ITSM project.
Background:
The organization is in a tools agnostic state. They are in the process of revamping their ITSM processes and will need help in the following areas of focus; service catalogue rationalization, IT Service pipeline, and provisioning services.
Tasks:
- Map new business processes for provisioning services.
- Provide expert knowledge and develop documentation statements of requirements for ITSM project.
- Support the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) data collection and analysis of business requirements.
- Track project updates using Azure DevOps.
- Analyze technologies for accessibility in accordance with the Government of Canada Guideline on Making Information Technology Usable by All.
Must Haves:
- Business Analyst - 10+ years
- ITSM - 5+ years
- Secret Clearance
Nice to Have:
- Azure DevOps - 2+ years
- ITIL Certification
