Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement of a Healthcare Registry by developing the roadmap for Automation.

Must Have:

• 7-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience in healthcare informatics
• Experience with business analysis methods, process documentation, and enterprise requirements development.
• Knowledge of technical designs, security applications, and remote access services.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, business administration, engineering, or healthcare.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Professional designations such as CBAP.
• Understanding of industry best practices and current technology trends.

Description:

The Business Analyst will work with the healthcare client to support the Registry Enhancement Planning Project. The goal is to improve the timeliness and automation of cancer case registrations using AI/NLP software. This role involves working closely with internal teams to conduct a needs assessment, gap analysis, and develop an implementation roadmap that outlines resource requirements for automation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a sustainability assessment in collaboration with Registry and IMS teams.
• Document data requirements, current state workflows, and future state processes.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from both business and technical teams.
• Complete an environmental scan related to cancer data automation.
• Develop a detailed roadmap for implementation, identifying necessary resources.
• Assist in defining reporting requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
