Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with digital project experience to work with stakeholders on a software upgrade/implementation

This role could require you to be onsite 5 days/week

Must Haves:

10+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst with experience working with multiple business units.
Facilitate workshops
Create As-is and To-be diagrams
Create use cases to support future state
Creating journey maps
Must have experience working within the digital projects space. (schedules, menu boards, wayfinding, corporate communications, dashboards, emergency notifications, and more)
