Senior Business Analyst with SOPS and MOPS experience to support operational transformation activities from an outsourced model to in-house

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with SOPS and MOPS experience to support operational transformation activities from an outsourced model to in-house

This role will require you to be onsite 3 days/week in either Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves:

• 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting transformation projects
• Experience working with a Managed Service Provider in a multi-vendor environment
• Experience writing MOPS/SOPS and documenting detailed processes
• Experience with MS Project and other standard project management tools and templates
• Experience with JIRA and other DevOps tools

Responsibilities:

• Document existing operational processes
• Updating MOPs and SOPs based on KT sessions
• Collaborate with cross functional project team members and external vendors to run and manage transformation sessions
• Assist in defining scope and deliverable with all relevant stakeholder
• Communicate with stakeholders at various level within team, portfolio, as well as senior leadership and other business and technical resources
• Support in stakeholder communication
• Support in all aspects of documentation related to processes, user guides, decision records and outstanding requirements.
• Report and escalate project specific risks/issues to Leadership and the transformation lead
• Work closely with project change resources to ensure that both technical and organizational change management is adhered too
