Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire a Senior Business Architect to analyze business requirements and propose an information architecture that will have SharePoint Online sites dedicated to its business lines.

Background:

The SharePoint Online Initiative project will assist the organization's business owners in reviewing their processes and re-organizing their information in a structured manner, using enterprise modern tools (in M365) and information management practices to improve the quality and access of its services and information.

Tasks:

• Review business units’ SPO structured sites and document library/libraries tailored to the requirements.
• Diagram and model (use case, activity diagram, business process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and business rules to describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business and user requirements.
• Perform business architecture and modelling, including required technical tasks necessary (in SPO and M365 tools)
• Prepare a Project Charter containing SharePoint Online Initiative (SPOI) project scope, objectives, goals, resources, roles and responsibilities, timelines, milestones, etc.
• Provide requirement reports, technical recommendations, briefings, decks, workshops and presentations to enable the successful implementation of the SPOI project.
