Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Business Architect to analyze existing email migration architectures and develop plans for a large scale transformation project.
Background:
The Email Migration Project, mandated by the Treasury Board Secretariat, is intended to modernize collaboration tools to enable, engage and empower employees. These collaborative tools include SharePoint, MS Teams, Office 365, and Exchange Online. The Email Migration project is intended to merge DWAN and cloud based email/calendars and ensure a uniform experience.
Tasks May Include:
- Conduct analysis and development of architecture design, process development, process mapping, and training for changes to complex business and email migration processes.
- Prepare Email Migration Project dashboards, status updates and/or senior management or partners dashboards by required deadlines.
- Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities for the Email Migration Project.
- Provide input, guidance and recommendations to SSC and DND stakeholders with regards to email migration communications, change management and business transformation.
- Prepare documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reporting to provide updates on the progress of business transformation and communications for the Email Migration projects.
- Work with a variety of project management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio.
