Our Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (10+ Years) to support the redefinition of their service management framework and process optimization.

The team is tasked with reviewing and refining the client's current service offerings, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a clear scope for service delivery. The Senior Business Process Consultant will also lead the development of documentation that defines and clarifies the organization's scope of work, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational efficiency.

100% Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Redefine the department's services, focusing on optimizing service management practices.
  • Review and outline current business processes, identifying what is in scope and what falls outside of it.
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather information, document findings, and recommend process improvements.
  • Review and update existing forms to reflect revised services and operational needs.
  • Evaluate the department's current service level management agreements, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation outlining roles, responsibilities, and scope of work for key tasks and services.
  • Synthesize data and stakeholder input to propose strategies for service optimization and process improvements.
  • Provide weekly status updates to the project team and stakeholders, outlining progress and identified gaps.

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Experience in service management, including redefinition of services and process optimization.
  • Strong experience in creating and reviewing service level agreements and related documentation.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with the Federal Government or Crown Corporations.
  • Bilingual with French and English
