Our public sector client is seeking a Senior C# (.Net) Developer to build GIS solutions using ESRI tools including ArcGIS Pro SDK and Windows Presentation Foundation

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada (working MST hours). 37.5 hour work week.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer using C# (.Net), ESRI tools and Windows Presentation Foundation (WFP)
• 3+ years of experience with ArcGIS pro.
• 2+ years of experience with ArcMap and Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS online
• Experience with spatial databases

Nice to haves:

• Building solutions with Agile methodology for software development.
• Working with Responsive Web Design practices for different form factor devices (iPad, phone, laptop, desktop, etc.)
• Building or maintaining solutions built with the Spatial ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tool Feature Manipulation Engine (FME).
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with ESRI webapp builder/Experience builder.
• Experience with custom frameworks developed in an organization

Responsibilities:

Our client requires a senior GIS developer to develop multiple web applications using GIS tools and other technologies like C#.net and ArcGIS Pro SDK. The developer will be responsible for development of the system, unit testing, and documentation required for supporting the application following our clients Standards. The ideal candidate is proficient working with legacy and current ESRI technologies.
