Story Behind the Need

Business group: GWO - Settlements & Clearing - Securities Settlements. This team oversees Capital Market Trade Settlements for the Bank's Clients. Working to ensure accurate trade rates and processing payout to customers.

Project: This role will be supporting the SIDAQ migration initiative working to ensure the front to back processes are aligned correctly between the Irish and Canadian teams.

Responsibilities:

- Working to address day to day operations

- Utilizing money market instruments ensuring data accuracy

- Using prior knowledge of Control and Compliance to ensure processes from Ireland align with the Canadian team’s procedures

- Gathers requirements from business units

- Visualize information depending on the stage of the project

- Perform different activities during the project lifecycle such as testing and a variety of task business analyses related

- Deliver & coordinate GWO cross-workstream deliverables for operational readiness.

- Manage GWO deliverables for migration planning & execution across workstreams.

- Manage creation of test scripts across GWO functions and validating results.

- OPICS Operations Task Clean-up.

Must Have Skills:

1) 8 years experience as a BA

2) 2-3 years of Capital Market experience

3) Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle

4) Strong Relationship Management

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Prior experience working in another top 5 bank

Education/ Experience:

• Post Secondary

The best candidate would have prior Cap Markets Knowledge and have worked previously with another top 5 bank.
