Our client is seeking a Senior Change Manager to deliver a value chain optimization capability for supply and trading division within an enterprise organization.
Must Have:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management or Organizational Development
- 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, with a focus on technology-driven transformations
- 5+ years of experience with global business transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of supply chain and trading operations, with experience leading change in these functions
