Our large midstream energy client is looking for a Senior Change Manager to support technology transformation and adoption for workforce process enhancement project. (15061)
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale, complex programs and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for IT/technology-driven projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, or process transformations.
- Ability to develop comprehensive OCM strategies and plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, training, coaching, and resistance management.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of technology adoption and user experience optimization.
