Our client is seeking a Senior Change Manager with a strong background in training to support a public sector roll out of MS Dynamics CRM and Finance (532)


The successful candidate will be required to be onsite in Edmonton for training and meetings as needed.


Must Haves:


  • 10+ years working on Change Management and/or Training projects for complex IT projects in an enterprise environment
  • experience defining and measuring metrics and measuring progress of complex projects
  • experience developing communication plans and schedules
  • experience developing learning outcomes
  • experience with change risk management
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
  • At least one project related to MS Dynamics implementation
  • Experience in public sector
