Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Change Manager with a strong background in training to support a public sector roll out of MS Dynamics CRM and Finance (532)
The successful candidate will be required to be onsite in Edmonton for training and meetings as needed.
Must Haves:
- 10+ years working on Change Management and/or Training projects for complex IT projects in an enterprise environment
- experience defining and measuring metrics and measuring progress of complex projects
- experience developing communication plans and schedules
- experience developing learning outcomes
- experience with change risk management
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- At least one project related to MS Dynamics implementation
- Experience in public sector
