Position Title: Senior CRM Developer

Line of Business: Marketing

What does the LOB do?: Campaign Design & Execution

Duration: 12 Months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid -Every Thursday. Also 4th Friday of every month

Office Location: 81 Bay Street, 33rd Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5E 1Z8

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday



Job Description:

The selected resource will be responsible for providing analytical support on targeted marketing campaign initiatives.


· Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build campaigns. Leveraging data to identify meaningful campaign opportunities while developing and creating client lead lists in support of relevant customer acquisition and retention strategies.

· Gather requirements, develop campaigns, obtain solutions document requirements sign off, interface with business partners from different channels of the campaign

· Significant time will be spent on coding

· QA - the successful candidate must ensure that all processes were followed and lay outs are correct before the campaign goes out

· Campaign Design & Execution - Utilize campaign design methods and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and IBM’s Campaign Management application (previously UNICA).

· Project Management & Relationship Building - Build strong relationships with internal and external partners. You must demonstrate effective project management skills and the ability to lead small scale direct marketing initiatives within a cross-functional team environment. Prioritize multiple deliverables, adapt to program changes as they arise and deliver within tight timelines

· Analysis & Problem Solving - Assimilate and analyze information from a variety of sources, make recommendations and present information in an easy and understandable manner. Experience in leveraging statistical and predictive models and other targeting & segmentation methodologies is also an asset.

Must Have Requirement:

· 1 - 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· 1 - 3 years of experience in developing, deploying and managing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Strong knowledge and experience of Amp Script, HTML & SQL

· Strong Knowledge of database marketing, relational databases, Business Intelligence (BI) User Interfaces

Nice to Have:

· *Strong nice to have* JavaScript, CSS and Acoustic

· *Strong nice to have* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications

· *Strong nice to have* Previous FI experience

· Campaign management experience

An experienced Campaign Manager with at least 2-3 years of expertise in developing and deploying email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficient in B2B and B2C email marketing, dynamic content building, data segmentation and validation, reporting, deliverability management.
