Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Analyst with experience assisting with the coordination of customer events in the energy industry.
Must Have:
- 5+ years experience working as a a Customer Experience Analyst and or as an Event Planner within an enterprise environment
- event spend for 2024 will range from $500,000- $1,000,000 budget per year
- Experience developing and executing customer experience strategy improving customer relationships
- Experience coordinating with communications teams on customer communications and promotional materials and working with external vendors to build and administer customer satisfaction surveys
- Experience developing event strategy and budget planning (you would be potentially paired with an internal or external event planner)
- Experience working with Executive level leadership
