Position Title: Application Support Analyst - Expert

Line of Business: Alternate Solutions Group- Capital Markets - support a collection of products around foreign exchange transactions.

Contract Duration: 8 months

Remote/Hybrid: Mainly remote - need to be available to come into office if needed MUST BE GTA

Location Address: 81 Bay 15th Floor

Schedule Hours: 1pm - 9pm or 2pm- 10pm - can fluctuate due to meetings

Job Description:

- Several cloud migration projects require dedicated support

- Senior application support during evening shift for deployments, testing support, and build/config work

- Development and expansion of DevOps and SRE tools and processes for the team

- Production of training material, documentation, and knowledge transfer for the team

- Transitioning from Docker to OpenShift

- Looking for change/incident/project management skills

- Previous candidates had strong dev ops process and tool chain along with strong communication skills

Must haves: (skills are listed in order of importance)

1. 8+ years of previous experience preferably within a large organization

2. DevOps, SRE, DevSecOps

3. Azure, AWS, RedHat OpenShift, Docker experience

4. Azure Devops, Github, Github Actions, Artifactory, Jenkins

5. Dynatrace, Autosys, Axway Secure Transport (or similar product)
