Senior ETL Developer to maintain and integrate new business domains in a Snowflake data warehouse - 834

Our client is looking for a Senior ETL Developer to maintain and integrate new business domains in a Snowflake data warehouse.

Initial 12-month contract, hybrid (2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote) in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team and the other IT sectors to analyze, develop, test, and deploy solutions to maintain or integrate new business areas to our Oracle data warehouse and Snowflake migration.
• Participate in designing and developing solutions to problems or small requests related to data integration and consumption on the data warehouse.
• Document implementation steps and produce quality evidence. Create and maintain system documentation.
• Provide technical support to Business Intelligence analysts, testers, and deployment coordinators throughout our development cycle and for production support, typically during regular business hours.
• Provide estimates on developments to assist in planning.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ yrs of experience with ETL development.
• Experience with Snowflake databases.
• Experience with SQL programming
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with any of the following: AWS S3, JAVA, SAS Enterprise Guide, GIT, Jenkins, Business Objects and Power BI
• 3+ yrs of experience with Informatica (IICS).
