Our large enterprise client is looking for a Senior Implementation & Customer Success Project Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years Project management experience working with enterprise software solutions
- Experience in enterprise software implementations and system integrations
- Experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Project Management
- Project Controls
- Procurement and Subcontracting
- Major Construction Projects
- Construction Management
- Accounting & Finance
- Previous experience in a customer/client focused role
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to design solution diagrams involving system and data integrations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, services, finance, and customers)
- Ability to manage long and complex implementation projects (6-18 months)
- Ability to quickly understand diverse business processes across industries
