Our large enterprise client is looking for a Senior Implementation & Customer Success Project Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years Project management experience working with enterprise software solutions
• Experience in enterprise software implementations and system integrations
• Experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Project Management
• Project Controls
• Procurement and Subcontracting
• Major Construction Projects
• Construction Management
• Accounting & Finance
• Previous experience in a customer/client focused role

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to design solution diagrams involving system and data integrations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, services, finance, and customers)
• Ability to manage long and complex implementation projects (6-18 months)
• Ability to quickly understand diverse business processes across industries
