Our Midstream client is looking for a Senior Inventory Master Data Analyst to manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) and asset-related data in Maximo

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in inventory or master data management
• Proven experience working with Bill of Materials and spare parts cataloging
• Solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes
• Experience reviewing vendor documentation to itemize the components which need to be identified as ‘Items’
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage inventory master data in IBM Maximo, including spare parts, material descriptions, units of measure, manufacturer data, and part classifications.
• Create, update, and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate linkage of parts to assets and equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to validate data requirements and ensure alignment across systems.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory data to identify discrepancies, duplicates, and obsolete items, and implement corrective actions.
• Support the onboarding of new assets and equipment by ensuring BOMs and related spare parts are accurately created in Maximo.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to master data management.
