Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Java (Springboot) Developer to work on a leading Foreign Exchange (Fx) Capital Markets application for Tier 1 financial institution.
This is a hybrid role, 2x/week in downtown Toronto.
Must Have Skills:
- Software Development: Java (Spring, Springboot), J2EE, Web services/APIs (REST), jUnit, Swagger and Cybase
- Microservices design/development experience required
- Build tools: Ant, Maven, Gradle
- Version Control: GIT.
- Proficient experience using CI and automated testing tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Typescript/React is a plus
- Message Batch processing
- Capital Markets, specifically Fx/Foreign Exchange is a plus
