Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Organizational Design Consultant to conduct an organizational review and propose policies and procedures to manage the establishment.

Background:

The organization conducts the conceive, design, and at times management of cyberspace operations capabilities. In this role it conducts the capture, analysis and development of structures to ensure it is meeting current tasks and postured for future structural change to meet changing requirements.

Tasks:

• Capture the current force structure in concert with the organization's units and directorates.
• Recommend formats, information management tools, and processes for capture and maintenance of organizational structures.
• Provide guidance on the current structures and support the analysis process for assessing the validity of the structures against current tasks.
• Assist and propose the policies and procedures for the organization to maintain and develop its force structures.
• Assist in the development of Team Establishment Proposals and change templates in concert with the Headquarters and staff.
• Support other groups on structural change.

Must Haves:

• Organizational Design - 4+ years
• Certificate, diploma or degree in organizational behavior, organizational design or other relevant field
• Enhanced Reliability or Secret
