Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to facilitate the development of a integrated work plan (Project Charter) for a Human resource portfolio of project

Calgary-based client. Candidates will work a hybrid work model of in office and work from home. 37.5 hour work week.

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Human Resource programs.
• Experience creating a Project Charter for Human Resource programs
• Experience creating an integrated work plan (resourcing needs, milestones, interdependencies potential conflicting priorities, and overlaps).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (C-level, Internal/External resources).

Nice to haves:

• Experience in the public sector or with enterprise-level clients
• Experience working with multiple Human Resource domains

Responsibilities:

• The project manager will facilitate the development of a People Plan. This will include a chartering session with the Chief Human Resource Officer, and HR Management Teams, to define the project and its objectives/scope.
• The PM will be accountable for the planning, execution, and ultimately closure of the project. The People Plan will result in our client identifying a number of people-related priorities, which will each become component projects.
• The PM will create an integrated work plan for all component projects/programs to provide visibility into resourcing needs, milestones, interdependencies potential conflicting priorities, and overlaps.
