Description
Our Oil & Gas industry client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a third-party vendor implementing ServiceNow HAM & SAM (Hardware/Software Asset Management).
This is an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension to start ASAP. The successful candidate will follow a hybrid working model within Downtown Calgary (3 days in office/week).
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management (preferably managing ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow vendors)
- Proven ability to manage third-party/external vendors and stakeholders to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years' Application or Product Implementation experience (SDLC)
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, discovery tools, and software license compliance
