Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with Maximo experience to lead an Operations Enhancement Project across an enterprise

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at Calgary or Edmonton office

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience as a Project Manager working in IT and Business
• Experience with Maximo specifically with Work & Asset Management processes
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of IT enhancements with business objectives and operational needs.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the OCM Lead to design and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of process and system changes.
• Establish and maintain strong credibility with executives, steering committees, and frontline teams to align project goals and outcomes.
• Confidently present project updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders, while translating technical information into actionable insights for business users.
• Balance technical implementation with operational business processes to ensure the project delivers measurable business value.
• Governance & Reporting: Adhere to governance frameworks and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and variance to leadership teams.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and challenges.
• Collaborate with technical teams, OCM, and business stakeholders to execute project deliverables effectively.
• Manage 3rd party vendor SOWs and work authorization, tracking progress against milestones
• Follow established processes to engage the services of clients Managed Service Provider
• Adhere to clients IT project delivery governance framework.
• Complete regular status reporting as per program and project requirements
• Actively manage budget forecasts, accruals, and variance reporting.
