Our large Agriculture client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support the improvement and optimization of the “hiring to onboarding” processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
*This position requires you to be on-site in SE Calgary 5 days per week*
Must Have:
- 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Extensive experience with SuccessFactors, including recruiting and onboarding modules
- Experience with transformation and/or process improvement projects
Who you are:
- Can look 5 steps ahead
- Is proactive and assertive while building strong stakeholder relationships
- Is comfortable driving diverse stakeholders to outcomes and deliverables
