Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with corporate real estate and leasing experience to work on the integration of facilities and contracts within an M&A team (Req: 3092)
*3 days a week in Calgary office, up to 20% domestic travel and passport required*
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a national and international portfolio of both owned and leased commercial, industrial, and office corporate real estate and facilities.
- Experience leading a business/asset integration projects
- Knowledge in commercial real estate leasing, contract management and administration
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with aviation facilities
