Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Trainer with experince on Supply Chain or Procurement projects to develop and facilitate training for the integration of new employees to the team (Req 2094)
This role requires 3 days a week on site in Calgary
Must Haves:
- 10+ years experience in as a Trainer with experience creating a variety of training plans and training materials and quick reference guide - manuals, powerpoint presentations, and other content or resources
- Knowledge of procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Ability to understand processes of the business unit to create targeted training
- Experience completing needs assessment for organizational change management and communication plans
