Description
Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Python Developer with Flask/FastAPI to develop a Pharmacy Recommendation Engine.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Brampton (1 day/week onsite)
Project: Pharmacy Recommendation Engine
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications, preferably using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Design and implement microservices architectures that scale with demand and integrate efficiently with other systems.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Must Have Skills:
- Expertise in Python and frameworks Flask or FastAPI
- Microservices Architecture
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCP Services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Big Query, Pub/Sub)
