Our valued client is actively seeking a Senior QA Analyst to create test cases and execute automated testing using Selenium.

Initial 3-month contract with possible extension and/or permanence, 2 days onsite (hybrid, 3 days remote) in Montreal, Quebec City, or Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Requirement and scope analysis
• Identify, develop, and execute high quality automated test cases that are reusable for strategic systems
• Manage existing tests suites and data so that they are functional and up to date
• Prepares test matrices and simple/complex reports for various team meetings including Management meeting
• Prepares documents (Test strategy, etc.) required, based on Intact standards, processes, and procedures both on a functional and regression coverage perspective for SIT/UAT/PIT test stages
• Create and maintain testing/test automation documentation; (list of users, environment, test data)
• Able to mentor in different areas of the QA/test automation practice and champions team collaboration (acts as go-to person)
• Provides technical advice to and maintains a cooperative relationship with the PL department and other internal business partners
• Collaboration: Works effectively and cooperatively with others; actively participates towards the completion of goals; establishes and maintains good working relationships with others
• Proactively identifies and raises risks with own or project team's capacity to meet deliverable deadlines
• Challenge status quo and propose solutions at how things can be done better
• Works in collaboration with BAs, QAs and other project team members and facilitate test automation related meetings and discussions
• Acts as a backup for teammates

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years experience as a QA Analyst
• Automated testing experience using Selenium (Java)

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English & French
