Description
Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to provide guidance and development to enhance Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service) utilizing Azure and Power Platform
Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada working MST hours. 37.5 hour work week.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of architecture and development experience implementing Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service)
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing Azure (Logic Apps/Function Apps) and Power Platform (Certifications in PL 200 and PL 400)
- Development experience with .NET (or Java), CSS, JavaScript and HTML
Nice to haves:
- Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations related to development tools and technologies;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Microsoft Certification for PL 600
Responsibilities:
- Provide input and recommendations for solutions based on gathered requirements that will be implemented in a D365 environment.
- Assist in providing high level estimates to deliver solutions based on identified requirements.
- Development and configuration of solutions to meet project requirements.
- Have a thorough understanding the Microsoft licensing implications based on proposed D365 modules for recommended solution.
