Senior Solution Architect to provide guidance and development to enhance Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service) utilizing Azure and Power Platform (Req 42

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to provide guidance and development to enhance Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service) utilizing Azure and Power Platform

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada working MST hours. 37.5 hour work week.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of architecture and development experience implementing Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service)
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing Azure (Logic Apps/Function Apps) and Power Platform (Certifications in PL 200 and PL 400)
• Development experience with .NET (or Java), CSS, JavaScript and HTML

Nice to haves:

• Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations related to development tools and technologies;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Microsoft Certification for PL 600

Responsibilities:

• Provide input and recommendations for solutions based on gathered requirements that will be implemented in a D365 environment.
• Assist in providing high level estimates to deliver solutions based on identified requirements.
• Development and configuration of solutions to meet project requirements.
• Have a thorough understanding the Microsoft licensing implications based on proposed D365 modules for recommended solution.
