Our client is seeking a SR Project manager to lead a team of 100+ people for an annual maintenance project for a highly complex client environment.

Location: EDM, Local (Onsite Hybrid: 2-3 days per week)

Project Overview:

The role involves managing an annual maintenance project for a highly complex client environment. The primary stakeholder is a key driver in this process, with multiple stakeholders involved at the Senior Director and VP levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at the Sr. Director and VP levels.
• Establish and maintain a regular cadence of meetings with client stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and the contract with a MSP
• Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the account.
• Ensure all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Drive account growth through continuous improvement initiatives led by the team.
• Oversee the management of critical applications that require 24x7 availability.
• Lead a team responsible for monitoring and delivering services across 100+ applications and environments, including Oracle ERP, cloud, Maximo, legacy systems, Cobol AIX servers, Azure, on-prem servers, and Linux.

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client stakeholder management skills, particularly with Sr. Director and VP levels.
• Ability to lead large teams (100+ members) and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience managing Profit & Loss and ensuring the delivery of contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with the latest tools and technologies to monitor critical applications.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP, cloud technologies, Maximo, legacy systems, and Cobol AIX servers.
• Experience with environments including Azure, on-prem servers, and Linux.
