Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the transition from single-sourced vendor management to a multi-vendor operational model for IT operations and application support in an enterprise.
Please note this is a hybrid model that will require 3 days on site in Calgary or Edmonton
Must Haves:
- 10+ years as an IT Project Manager working on complex enterprise projects
- Experience implementing new tools and technologies such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace for Monitoring, Ansible (automation tool), and/or SDLC Processes and Tools
- Experience repatriating services from a vendor to in house staff and transferring services from in house staff to a vendor
